- Order placing: Add items with precise size and quantity to the shopping cart. On receipt we will e-mail you a proforma along with our bank details.
- Price: Prices quoted are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Packing & forwarding: Charges extra at actual unless specified as free shipping.
- Mode of dispatch: Through courier or registered post depending on the service available at the delivery location.
- Dispatch: In 2 to 3 days from the date of receipt of payment subject to availability.
- Payment: 100% advance through bank.
- Transit: Packing is done with utmost care; hence transit damages, pilferage, etc. is at consignee’s risk.
- Insurance: No insurance coverage from our end.
- Cancellation and refund: Order cancellation is possible for orders that are not shipped. The amount will be refunded after deducting applicable charges deducting the fee charged by RazorPay. For orders where the products are specially customized for a customer, cancellation and refund is not possible.
