Returned to Sender Unfortunately India Post does not allow us to reuse labels for packages returned to us due to an insufficient or incomplete address. If your order needs to be reshipped, additional shipping fees may apply.
Returns & Refunds Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and do not issue refunds - if there is an issue with your order please email us and give us a chance to provide resolution.
Salves are made fresh when orders are placed & we do not accept returns once the order is placed & processed.
Damaged Product Satisfaction Guarantee If your product(s) arrived damaged, please keep the damaged shipping envelope/box, email us with pictures and your order number within 10 days of delivery, we will replace damaged items.
